Our Story
The Cris Quinn Indoor Soccer Complex opened in 2011. It was named in honor and remembrance of Cris Quinn, a Beaumont attorney. Although Cris had never played soccer, in the course of watching his own five children grow up he became one of the local youth sports community’s greatest supporters. In helping with the Beaumont Youth Soccer Club fields, Cris Quinn Spindletop Little League Baseball Park and other projects, Cris gave generously of his time, talent and treasure to help local youth sports leagues provide opportunity.
After Cris’ untimely death in 2002, the Cris Quinn Memorial Charitable Foundation was formed; and in later years, the Beaumont Foundation of America joined with it to finance the building of the indoor facility. Whether it be used for soccer, other indoor sports, or even birthday parties, the Indoor carries on Cris’ spirit of giving back to the community.
